For personal data collected in our service at the initiative of your organisation, My-Dreams acts only as a processor of your personal data and not as a controller. In this case, your point of contact is the controller of your organisation. We cooperate with the controller to protect your privacy to the best of our ability and comply with the obligations under the GDPR.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

My-Dreams does not intend to collect sensitive data.

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to avoid collecting data on children without parental consent. My-Dreams may use your anonymised IP address to compensate affiliates for promoting our services. In no case will My-Dreams provide personal information to these affiliates. Only the number of installed (active) customers and their aggregated consumption can be communicated to the affiliate.
